Yes you can buy tylenol w/codeine over the counter in canada. Although the tablets individual contain 8mg of codeine, 300mg of tylenol and caffeine. So basically the amount of codeine is thoroughly low and you would have to lug 4 at one time to equal the amount of a tylenol#3.
