Can cna's work in a hospital straight after getting their certificate?

Answers:

should I stir to the doctor for a burn on my hand?

It's specifically possible. I was hired at a hospital a month after I graduate. It is difficult though because hospitals would rather you enjoy some experience under your belt.

It help that you are continuing your education and not staying at the CNA rank. They like to see that you are motivated. Also prepare for your interview. I tried to be confident walking into my interview and my negotiator ended up describing me she liked my nature and hired me that day.

Good luck beside the job hunt... I know how frustrating it can be!

Should I jump to the Emergency Room?

Sure if they can find a hospital that's hiring.

Pain Relief Help?

It depends. Some hospitals like CNA's to hold at least one or two years of experience. Now if you done ably on the State Boards, you might have a better destiny at it. Good luck!
