To answer your problem, I may have to ask you lasting question which will be related to your symptoms with the sole purpose.
Our science allows asking questions to arrive at the mete out of symptoms, which can eliminate the symptoms for a long time to come. You may choose not to answer, but that may prevent me from diagnosing the problem.
1. To avoid this anguish, you need to alter the channel you eat & drink. Stop drinking dampen with food. This will automatically support in increasing the digestive power in your stomach, raise the quality of your digestive enzymes & provide proper nutrition to the body. you can drink river 1/2 an hour after you have consumed your food.
2. Sinus headache usually occur because of the log jam of mucus in the sinus cavity, under the cheeks, i nside the forehead, & also contained by the stomach & intestines. When yuo drink water next to food, the enzymes that are present in the stomach bring back diluted & loose their effenciency to break down food. They then start travelling towards the intestines as a unconscious route.
the intestines, as a defence contraption, produce more mucus than there is to protect descendant walls from erosion from the acid inflow. this extra mucus fluently starts travelling up to the lungs & Sinus pockets & troubles you.
Boil 1 tsp of Licorice powder in 100 ml of water. Take the kettle stale the stove. Pour 10 drops of clarified butter into it. Sip it slowly. you will have to lift a few sips, once every 10 minutes, 6 times in a row. Do this for 3 days & view your Sinus disappear. It is good to consume it especially after food.
Also, you can boil 2 tsps. of Fenugreek seed in river. Add 2 pinches of Turmeric powder & inhale the fumes when the water starts to boil. Do not jump too close to the kettle or you may burn your nose or your cheeks. Do this for 2 days.
There are in no doubt other necessary precautions you may adopt to save yourself from further Sinus attacks. they are;
2. Try to avoid eating & working at equal time. Also, while eating, do not chat or watch TV. Try to concentrate on your food, chew properly.
3. Try to sit down for 10 minutes after food. Let the digestive process start off.
4. Try to avoid eating in arrears or sleeping late at darkness. Give a 2 hour gap between the end intake of food & sleep.
5. have a thaw shower at least 45 minutes earlier you retire to bed.
