My Adams apple?

IM 14 years old and adjectives of a sudden my adams apple feels really big and exposed... resembling if i put my head big i feel really unconfortble so right presently im have my d��colletage over it and a blanket blocking it...and it looks alot bigger.. could this be part of puberty?

for men, its majority for the adams apple to enlarge a carnival bit as there voice deepen as they pass through puberty.
as extraordinary as it sounds, womens voices deepen a bit at puberty also, so the adam's apple will grow a touch, but not as much as a mans.
