Sudden excrutiating back anguish?


I have excrutiating upper stern pain that merely came out of nowhere. I tried stretching to see if it be maybe the muscle but its not hurting when i stretch. Only when I lay down and breathe does it aching me so. If i lay flat on my back it hurts so doomed to failure it forces me up. I can only lay on my stomach or sit up. I tried looking this up. What could this be? Back spasm? I dont know if its the muscle or what, but its becoming excruciating. BTW doc office is closed presently...

Sorry to explain to you this, but the only time I've ever hear of sudden excruciating pain contained by any part of the body, it usually ability you've got an aneurysm. Please step to the ER if it really does hurt you that bad. (But, as expected, I am not a doctor, so I could be way off).
