What should I do to stop this frenzy?
I started getting symptoms how inconvinient on the athletics carnival day. I have then a species of headache the one that you feel rattle well yea I with the sole purpose noticed this however when Id be lying on my back and get up straight. Another was I feel slightly fatigue I felt fairly tired even with 9 hours sleep which is plenty. I felt hungry but when I be eating I feel like I be sick. The only mode I didnt was from drinking liquid so I brought two UP and Go's there similar to liquid meal. However these didnt help any especially when I had run in the 100m I feel extremely exghausted and could barely keep hold of my eyes open. I know I be stupid to enter but Im an athlete and I wanted to still compete. I stopped after the subsequent race 200m after I almost faint and the next daylight I had past its sell-by date school to rest which I have the same symptoms. Just to agree to you know its been 3 days adjectives together including the carnival and my temperature have been 39 degree celsius. My headache and other symptoms have gone down smaller amount.

Like are you taking any otc medication for the headache/fever? Why not? Can take extra-strength tylenol, or Alieve, or doesn`t matter what you use. This should help beside the aches. Drinking plenty of fluids is what you should be doing. Also getting more rest later you usually get. Maybe you should try seeing your Dr. Usually a virus doesn't lead to a fever, but it could.

Take a wet cold rinse cloth and place between the base of your skull and the siesta of your neck. Continue to drink liquid, but include fruit juices and soup broth. Take some aspirin for the headache and ibrprophen for the swelling. Avoid Salt, if you own sports drinks it will cause more pressure.
As for sore throat gargle near lemon juice and saline. one cup of hot water, 3 tablespoons of lemon liquid and 2 tablespoons salt, mix all right and gargle for 30 seconds respectively time until the cup is finished.
It is also time for you to rest and STOP physical exertion! You need at smallest 2 great days of sleep and relaxing. Then you will feel better. Once you "feel" better you obligation to take if jammy for a week. I know that you are busy but you have to realize that if you push yourself you can overheat your system again, and the subsequent time you might end up contained by the hospital for more than a week. Trust me, it has happen to me, I was in that almost a month!
