My not here knee pops after I've be sitting or bending it for a while... should I see a doctor?
Is this because my knees is weak, or is in that a problem inside? What types of exercises can I do to strengthen it?
Answers:
Dear Lisa,
I would recommend a chiropractor first. He/She will take an x-ray to determine the condition of your knees. They will be able to put in the picture you exactly what is wrong.
It might just be a simple misplacement of the collective. It would then cart them about 10 second to correct it. You might need to see them a few times to maintain correcting the problem until your muscles become accustomed to the correct position again.
If they are concerned at adjectives about a bigger problem that a medical doctor requests to be seen for, they will report to you before they treat you. You can later take those x-rays to the doc so your not paying for two.
If it be me, I would see them first! Sometimes doc's can get cut joyous. Hope you get better soon!
