I'm experiencing one and the same thing right presently. I usually lay on my back next to a pillow or two under my knees, that seem to help rather. It may be muscle spasms, or maybe you purely bent or lifted something wrong?

Well, it depends on what kind of distress and have u have any kind of trauma not long a fall or lifting something the wrong path..it could indicate a kidney infection but that will need to be verified by a doctor..if it is not due to that next u could have strained lower back muscles next to some adhesion's. I would recommend a firm pressure massage on the entire body but to put together sure they do the gluteal( bottom) area because allot of lower spinal column pain is attributed to gluteaus strained muscles or spasms and some good stretching and drink plenty of river...call around your community some local collages may extend massages from their student clinics that may be greatly affordable for a full body 1 hour...make sure here is not other medical reason for it first.Are these symptoms of cervical (neck pain)?
Not sure exactly which slice you are talking roughly and not sure if it's related to the spine. Have you experienced any hard fall down or carrying heavy jib recently? Are you reaction weak on your lower region? If yes, it could be related to the spine.There's single few possibilities. First, maybe you own slip disc, second maybe you disc degeneration/deformation, third possibly crack in the vertebra and forth possibly pinching of spinal cord.
If that is really the suitcase, then you should consult an orthopeadic surgeon.
It could be moderately serious if the pain continues. It could paralyze your lower region. So attain a check up soon.

Are there any over the counter medicine to help near my outer ear infection.?
i had that same problem a couple of months ago...i go to the chiropracter a couple of times and he fixed me up...from there on i newly do the stretching excerisises he told me..you should do the same..he will check you and enlighten you what you have..i can almost garauntee you a chiropracter will backing...you can try sleeping with a pillow lower than your knees..you have to see the way you slepp(posture)..and rime the area once within a while.To return with you through the night:
Ice for 20 min, rest 20 min, rime 20min,...
Stretch one leg at a time pulling your knee to your chest
Sleep next to a pillow under your knees or between them
Drink plenty of water
If the aching persists, or if it is ongoing:
Consult a honest chiropractor. He/she will be able to identify if it is a structural/nerve/muscle issue. Many chiropractic clinics enjoy massage therapist employed. Between the two, they will have you figure out!
PS-Depending on how far down the pain is, it could be your tailbone strange. Don't be intimidated by this, it is actually fairly easy (and painless!) to correct.

You may be have pain at the communal right above the joint of both the buttocks, for a time below the waistline.
this can be an inflammation of the coccyx. You may also experience more pain, especially when you are proceeding to sit down or when you are freshly about to bring back up.
you can take a tooth pick & pree it at the pint in between the middle & the ring finger on the departed hand, at the initiation of the web starting from the palm side. Try to locate the most tender or sensitive portion. Press it considerately there & maintain it pressed for about 5 minutes. Massage it slightly after that. do this 2 - 3 times. Your strain should vanish.
