so i just get back from military camp. Its three weeks sleep away, and because of a pet peave i dont like to sit on public toilets. So i solitary pooped about 5 times. I shock that my insides are "backed up" becuase since returning my b.m.'s havent be regular. So i was thinking why not an enema? While taking the enema i want to flush out my system, and verbs it. Which combonation of enema ingredients should i use for this? Please list the steps if near are any.
