Stomach soreness?

i have have this really bad anguish in the right lower bit of my stomach for over a month presently. i have be to the doctors 3 times they have checked my urine and said it be an infection and gave me antibiotics but they didn't really minister to. then i go back and they said that i own constipation and gave me tablets. my principal also feels flimsy and i feel really cold facilitate the doctors said to me that it can't be appendix because i have have it for over a month now but i dunno i hold tried pushing down on the bit where it hurts when i push within it hurts but when i let travel it doesn't hurt a bit i am also on my period
