You body actually become "attuned" to a certain amount of sleep, and sleeping longer than that sets up false triggers in your system and pushes rear into another "cycle" of sleep, which you've then interrupted prematurely. It is better for you to declare a steady pattern of wake and sleeping. I know -- I am highly prone to migraines and sleeping that extra 2 hours on the weekend will commonly trigger one for me. Sleeping more than 8 hours will bring in you want to sleep more, sleeping less than 6 hours will create you tired too. It's just how our bodies are. Well one reason this might be arranged is that you have different stages of sleep. Each person's stages end different amounts of time so you cant really say to sleep a reliable amount. However if you wake up and interrupt your "REM" or Rapid Eye Movement cycle you are more credible to feel fatigued the subsequent morning, so you could try to get slightly more sleep to finish the cycle. Some associates also are just drowsy when they get up up and it is hard to gain moving because they are not motivated. I find when i sleep on a less comfortable surface i awake faster and don't get the impression like sleeping in much.Hope this help some.
