Why does my knees make a crunching din?

I have have two arthscopic knee surgeries due to ligaments that enjoy snapped. Anyway, I was simply wondering if anyone knew what be making that noise. The roar occurs anytime I bend/straighten my knees. There is a slight pain, but it is more of an annoyance. Thank you!

I hold the same within both knees. I actually thought at one time my stairs squeaked. Turned out to be my knees. It's lately a roughness that occurs on the underside of the kneecap. It can be fixed arthroscopically. But if it doesn't bother you, don't verbs about it. Quad strengthening exercises can oblige. They help verbs the kneecap back into proper alignment.

That echo is usually from meniscus problems. If the pain is too doomed to failure then you can own surgery, if it is not painful and the din isn't too loud then don't verbs.
