Which is cooler (temperaturewise) a long leg plaster cast, or a fibreglass type?

What can you do about insightful sleeping?
Having just have both plaster & fiberglass long arm casts contained by the middle of summer in Chicago, I can bring up to date you, they both suck. Really, neither is cooler, but the fiberglass was significantly lighter! The plaster flaked bad my cast and where I went I departed plaster dust. However, you can have populace sign plaster but not fiberglass. They are both strong enough to preserve you immobile so you heal. The major problem with the fiberglass be that the outside feels rough, resembling sandpaper almost, and I kept smacking my husband with it surrounded by my sleep and scratching him up. My belief: stick with fiberglass.
Fiberglass have holes for air flow - plaster does not. Fiberglass will get the impression warm right after it is on as the textile hardens. However surrounded by the long run fiberglass is cooler, lighter, and easier to manage. If a fiberglass imprint gets drizzly, you can use a hair dryer to dry out the kind padding.
The fiberglass would be lighter and therefore cooler I would have a sneaking suspicion that.
