Snot spit??

i have difficulty sleeping at dark because of this "snot spit"problem of mine. i can't cough it up or anything, it's just stuck within!
i wish within was a tube i can put in attendance to suck it all out. it's resembling i'm almost choking on it.
it's snot-like [yes, i know. ew], but it's in my throat, and something it comes up to my mouth.
it feels dusty even so jellyish at the same time.
what can i do to correct this problem?

Oh Manny! Eeek. It sounds really unpleasant. Why not see your doctor. It could be post nasal drip as suggested, or it could be an infection. Eyes, Ears, Nose and Throat are all connected and you could be surprised to find the issue is coming from somewhere other than your trunk. make a dr's appointment hun. Then you can acquire some proper sleep.

sounds like post nasal drip. sometimes merely a regular decongestant might help. otherwise, you may enjoy something viral or infection and dr can give antibiotics.. do you own a sore throat as well? i would try simply an over the counter decongestant first and see if that helps any

Nose hurts while couhging?

i have this same problem and went to doctor and she tried abundantly of different allergy meds and inhalers, it didn't go away so i finally go for allergy test and i be allergic to cats and dogs and got put on a med call bromfed and i my spit and coughing up problem was gone within a week. i don't even have a cat or dog any.??
