There's heating pad, cool compresses, sitting in a hot tub can be really soothing, Pilate's, swimming is a great exercise for muscles without have to strain, a hot bath at home next to epson salt dissolved into the wet, get a mould, drink more water. That closing one sounds silly, but I suffer from chronic pain and when I increased my wet, I felt better contained by the morning alittle and I was competent to move around with more help to get my daytime started.
