First of all ... simply take meds as a LAST resort. Medicine is other a foreign substance and any meds can have side effects (even aspirin). Take them lone if there is no other style or the pain is too intense. Secondly, if you haven't be injured lately I am guessing you're having symptoms of stress. School can do that to ya! lol

If you can afford it a cavernous tissue massage once a week or every 2 weeks would probably facilitate immensely. They are really good for you regardless. While you're at university you should practice deep breathing (in through your proboscis and out through your mouth) to help confidence stress and keep you relaxed. Also, I'd suggest seeing a arts school counselor through the health center or one on your own to find out what is cause you tension.

School work and adjectives the other activities surrounded by your life can really put you underneath A LOT of stress ~ especially if you're working too. One of the best cures of all is exercise. Maybe exercising right after school since you get home would really give support to. Or even playing a sport with friends similar to football, frisbee, basketball ... those would all ease tention, relax you afterwards and are forceful for you.

Caffeine and a lot sugar can also do these symptoms so make sure you are drinking plenty of hose and eating lots of fruits and veggies ~ these are BIG stress fighters. If it doesn't turn away in a week or two I'd suggest a chiropractor. They can really lend a hand with this type of soreness lacking medicine. Find a dutiful one and you'll be pain free within no time ... I have see them work miracles .. for myself included.
