Which works the best on headache? Tylenol, IB Profin, or Aleve?

I have a horrible headache, my entire head hurts even surrounded by the back and down into my décolletage and shoulders. I have generic Tylenol, generic IB Profin, and identify brand Aleve. What should I take? I enjoy a very sensitive stomach.

i've be getting the same kinda headache for about 2 months immediately.
the docor says it's from stress, and i procure tension within my shoulders/neck, which causes a stiffness headache all the time.
for treatment, i use aleve on an almost each day bases.
it works most of the time for me.

Usually tylenol because it is easier on the stomach than anything else.

There are two types of over the counter drugs that work for headaches- look at the active ingredient on the sign to see the difference. Tylenol one kind and aleve and ib profin are another. It really depends on the soul as to which works better, for me tylenol doesng work at all but aleve and ib profin do.

I pilfer Ibuprofen for headaches or even ache. A few years ago when I started having what I thought be a migraine headache, it turned out to be high blood pressure, I took 3 ibuprofen (200mg ea) That seem to work for me the best.

I have headache everyday I have hydrocephalus which is pressure inside the brain and it causes my go before to hurt but anywho i take edcerdin PM or benadryl for the constant headache it's make you real sleepy by the course i hope u feel better...

There is no prescription for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost adjectives painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
