I play football for my high arts school and am sorta afraid of getting hurt like breakin a bone or concussion? Can i still see a doctor even if i dont hold medical insurance or healthcare?

mommy and/or daddy's insurance should cover you. your lucky to still be in elevated school. i'd be more worried nearly you getting hurt if you played real sports resembling soccer or rugby.
