Hi, Ive be going to AA meetings for more or less a year now, it is a great place to be capable of say what's on your mind, lacking people judge you. There is a misconception that AA is quite religous, it isn't!! Your "difficult power" can be whatever you want it to be (Mine is Bono from U2...lol). I hold been sober immediately for 14 months, yes, its been tough, but a thoroughly interesting and emotional move. Congratulations on your continuing sobriety.

AA and NA are some fitting ways to overcome what controls you i have be to both but only as a supporting friend and I'm glad its within to help those out. CONGRATULATIONS ON STAYING CLEAN!!!!!!Does anyone else have frequent sleep paralysis?
If its worked for you after brilliant, but many ethnic group don't realise they have a drink problem, normally until its too late. Im glad that its turned your existence around and that you are now a drink free relieved individual.Good for you. For many citizens, these meetings are a first time for them to in truth speak out loud seriously nearly their drinking habits to others who will listen and not settle.
For an alcoholic, trying to talk seriously in the region of that subject to anyone else usually gets a different response. Loved ones and friends will find or wouldn't understand, while others contained by AA will.

Thankfully I'm not one of those people but I can greatly appreciate what you're doing. If you're not already doing so, I suggest you jump and help those on forums etc. I think it would be a great comfort to them knowing that you own been through one and the same.
