How impossible should this hurt?

ok so ive had agony in my right testicle, the singular symptom i have is the headache, but not swollen or nausea, i have be researching and found torsion, where it get twisted around, but it says excruciating niggle. Do you think i enjoy this, or is it just affliction, and im thinking the worst possible thing, objective its phsycological?

do you wear boxers or underwear, or progress commando, if you do boxers or commando try some form fitting undies, its possible that one of your gonads is descending, happend to hubby and once he started wearing undies instead of boxers he felt better, honourable luck!
