I have a knees problem should I use knee sleeve or brace? I took celebrex and it help so much.?

Since celebrex helped me so much, and i regain the ability to put bulk on my knee as I am squatting to pick something up does that plan all I enjoy is an inflamed or swollen intermedial meniuscus or however its called. My problem consist of me knees hurting when I use it to much exerting force like running. Afterwards I enjoy alot of pain when I try to raise my foot to touch my butt sometimes I cant even do it.I am severely limited contained by strength doing leg extensions (unbending my leg with wieght). Twisting my gone foot counterclockwise also makes my knees hurt alot. So will a knee sleeve or brace aid me be able to run again minus pain and squat minus pain? What going on for jumping? or do I k\involve surgery.
