PAINFUL Ankles?
i was at cheer military camp for the last three days and my ankles are REALLY sore what can i do to luxury the pain...do you use hot or cold? muffle swelling? help!! ( dont reccoment medicine im all appropriate on that front)

I overworked my knees once, and my doc told me to try 20 minutes of cold then 20 minutes near a warm wad while elevating it. Don't go over 20 minutes beside either warmness or cold at one time or the good effects will start to fade. Keep alternating boil & cold on your ankles for between 1-2 hours.
