Low back and hip throbbing?

I am 21 years old and enjoy recently be having some awful problems next to my lower back and hip. Particularly, my right lower final (I think the lumbar nouns?) has be painful and full of tousled tense muscles...and afterwards I have some pretty morderate torment in my gone hip, which is worse when I walk and more toward my put money on than the front of my body. This pain have been getting somewhat worse over the recent past month, and nothing I've tried seem to help. I own tried ice/heat, epsom salt soaks, rest, ibuprofen, and herbal/homepathic medicine as well (Arnica Montana and Glucosamine Sulfate MSM). I own not fallen or otherwise hurt myself, what do you muse this could be and what should I do to feel better? I enjoy had 2 abdominal surgeries (exploratory laparotomy 2004 and right flank hernia repair 2006) and that's bascially it, until this discomfort started. Any advice or comfort is appreciated.
