4 or 5 layers of my skin get peeled sour. What's the quickest way to alleviate it?

Due to an accident a few layer of my skin peeled and I'm trying to make well it up as quickly as possible. What works?. I've get Antibiotic cream and a mixture of honey/lemon but some places say you should hold such woulds dry and covered whereas others say to use intuitive remedies such as the above.

First thing is it wishes to be cleaned very okay, especially if it's road rash. I be set to a scrub brush if there is gravel or dirt within it. Not a hard bristled brush; within ER we use a soft nylon bristled brush with a sponge on the other side, which is impregnate with betadine (povodone iodine). These work wonders, but what ever you involve to get it verbs. I'd try the sponge first though with betadine/peroxide 50/50, or soap and hose down. After it's clean, I'd hang on to it covered with an antibiotic lotion for the first couple days. If you find the bandage stuck to the wound soak within a bath. After a couple days, I'd be off it open but save applying antibiotic ointment and study for infection. Reddening/ swelling /warmer than normal, and drainage are the signs to look for. These are fairly prone to infection. Be careful!

I basically clean these kind of wounds very very well, and let them restore to health while exposed to air. Unless you completely have to hold on to a bandage on it(public situations), don't bother. If it stays dry, it will make well faster. Also, a little duct cassette and a piece of a plastic bag keep water out when showering.

I would start taking mega-doses of Vitamin E. It is also good directly on the wound. Bite somewhat hole in the tablet, and squeeze oil onto wound. Vitamin E is accurate for "tissue" inside and out !
