Spine soreness?

My spine (mid-back) has be feeling sore lately and it doesn't seem to be to go away, anyone know what might be the rationale and how to get rid of that consciousness?

Hard to say whats cause it, here's some stuff to try: Stretches, exercise (working the abs helps support the back), chafe, chiropractor, hot baths with epsom salt, accupuncture. Good luck.

it might be scoliosis (curvature of the spine). my back be sore for the longest time so i finally went to the doctor and they x-rayed my backbone and told me i had minor scoliosis. it can be treated next to a brace if its bad satisfactory, but most likely they'll a moment ago watch your spine nouns over a couple months if you have it.
