Has anyone got any remedies to minister to me sleep?
i have be suffering on and off for years but just this minute it is getting worse. The doc has given me a weeks supply of sleeping tab and guess what i have have one tonight and i am still awake. It is driving me mad. Any suggestions much appreciated.

Still wide awake? Get a boring book, something that you would never read in a million years and begin it at page one, I guarantee that you will get so tired that you don't get the end of the first chapter if you do everything on my chronicle. First, dont stress more or less sleeping.the more you think more or less it, the more you wont be able to do it...try going to bed a touch early, and next let your mind in recent times rest. Count sheep, drink warm milk or tea..or try getting another mattress...Can u fully recouping from a mild stroke?

what i do when i cant sleep is, i deceit in bed and close my eyes and demur to open them, and dont verbs and turn! i thin that if you maintain your eyes open, you tend to look around and your keeping your mind going. it works next to me eventually!..
