Anyone ever had a kneecap that sits to the outside of where on earth it should be?
My son is three and being sent to an orthopedic specialist. What should I expect?

I believe what may be happening is call hip anteversion which is an inward rotation of the hip causing the knees cap to look resembling its outside of where it should be. Its flawless that you are seeing an ortho for this. Best of luck
