Heel pains..?
I have soccer again in a few hours, so I can't produce a doctors appointment till probably Monday. I have two games saturday..
I bought heel pad, I taped my heel, I hold taken two Aleve(which are much stronger for physical pain than Tylenol/Ibuprofen-but i've taken those too) I've tried stretching it and it keep getting worse. At practice earlier today we have to run stairs, not only could I hardly do it but by the time I was done my eyes be watering with how much misery I had, and I could only just walk afterwards. I should own gotten this checked out earlier, but when I amble it isn't as bad and it give me the illusion the pains arn't as fruitless...
PS-I can't just quit the squad or take a break any.. Any other things I can do to help this until I acquire a doctors appointment

That doesn't sound too pleasant. Have you tried cold compress and topical niggle relievers like Ben Gay or Icy Hot? If you are contained by tears, it sounds like you are beyond those anyway. You shouldn't enjoy to quit the team, but they hold injured lists. You can unquestionably take a break. Don't provide out your long-term dreams for this weekend's soccer match. The solitary reason it would be worth playing through is if you be David Beckham getting tons of cash to foot. But if you were him, you'd enjoy a pro trainer to answer your questions.
Rest your foot, your team will twig. Then see your doctor.
does botox really help your arm pits from sweating? and is is expensive?
It could be a bone spur.I have a very desperate heel pain that didn't walk away for six months. I tried every home remedy. ice pack, stretching, heel pads, the workds. When nought worked, I decided to jump to the doctor for ESWT (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy). After two rounds, and a week or so after that, the pain go off. I'm immediately fine. Its expensive, but worked for me.
try heel 'cups' instead of the pads. they kinda push the excess weight pad around the outter slice of your heel 'in' towards the center, which helps cushion it. As we age, the raw fat wipe spreads out and we lose the cushioning. But get that dr appt, also what help stretch the facia is a basic calf stretch, but done close a wall so you can bend the toes upwards(against the wall) whild bending the knee(as in a achilles stretch position).
