Since it keep coming back I would ask a doctor, of late to make sure everything is okay. Ulcers are cause by bacteria, I don't suppose eating differently would catch rid of them--maybe just tolerate them heal if anything. Actually ulcer can happen at nearly any age, it is an over production of stomach acids, usually cause by stress, some times it is just something screwy next to the body. My brother had them (non-stress related) when he be about 14, but it go away.
My best recommendation, put in the picture your parents or guardian. go see a doctor. if it is ulcer they can get abundantly worse than cramps.
even if they are not it could be any number of things many of which are serious.
Go see a doctor, don't blow it past its sell-by date, you will be better for it.
