Tell him to stop sleeping on the livelihood and bop him over the head at bedtime... No seriously, have he been stressed? More work hours? Change contained by family or finances? At his age he may be suffering from mild depression. I be diagnosed with it a year ago and put on meds, which I despicable. I felt worse on them later I read that ST. John's Wort was used to treat it sometimes so I go off my meds and started buying over the counter St.John's Wort and 4 months next I feel much better. Maybe he could also try a week short the beer and see if it helps. If he go with the St. John's wort brand name sure you read any precautions if he has any medical conditions or if he is taking any meds regularly. Otherwise freshly follow dosing instructions and see if it helps. It may pinch a week or two to see any noticable difference but at least it's an adjectives natural approach.
it have been proven that alcohol can affect sleeping. especially since he have been doin it for so long his body have probably gotten used to the alcohol effects and instead of making him more sleepy, its probably doing the opposite. contained by addition, his mind is probably basically restless and his nervous system is not peaceful. Id recommend taking Calms Forte sleep aid. The great thing is that its not resembling tylenol PM or sleeping pills, its all colloquial and instead of making you tired, it just calm the mind and nervous system so you smoothly fall asleep. nearby is no overdose or side effects
