I freshly read an article on DLPA (D L Phenylalinine) an amino acid that works on distress receptors. You should go to google and type contained by DLPA, pain and see what comes up. It looks approaching a good plan to me.

It is hard to do but one entity I tried and seemed to backing is saying to myself "I am not my foot" or anything is hurting. "the pain have nothing to do near who I really am"

Weird things going on! relief!!?

Take it easy. Elevate it. Swelling cause pressure that causes intense dull pain if not elevated. If you cannot elevate, wrap near pressure wraps(not too tight).
