Why does my knee click when I be in motion up stairs and how can I stop my wrists clicking when I do push ups?
My wrists always click when I do push ups, its really stale putting.
Answers:
See a chiropractor. You may have something out of alignment. When my knees started hurting, the chiropractor said it was because my hip be tilted forward. My thought was "ok - whatever" but he did an adjustment and my knees stopped hurting. Hasen't been a problem since.
Knees: Probably own patellofemoral pain syndrome. Check the internet or consult a trainer on how to get hold of more flexible and train your Quadriceps/VMO
Wrists: Try changing your form near the pushups. Maybe perform the pushups on a pad mat and use your knuckles. I've even taken 10 pound weighs, placing them on the ground so I can hold them while doing push ups.
Hope this help!
Q: How do I work metal fastener on strap?
my knees and wrist does that as powerfully. i never thought anything bout it...maybe you should see a chiropractor bout it if it bothers you. When things approaching that happen to me, I a short time ago change the position of my hand or walk a bit different to see if that doesn't vary things. You can rotate your hands slightly counterclockwise or clockwise, or move them forward slightly or backwards, or closer together or further apart. I enjoy a hunch you'll find a solution without paying a chiropractor or doctor. The same is true for walking up or down the stairs. Just do it somewhat differently, shifting your weight to one side or another, slightly forward or towards the back. Or try a different pair of shoes. Or you can move about give money to a local chiropractor or M.D. and see if they can come up beside a clever alteration, at a much higher price. God Bless you.
Are you more tired at dark or in the morning?
i'm not trying to throw a alarm into this but i would have it checked out to stamp out the possibilities of a degenerativejoint disease. since it have happened contained by several areas of your body. you may also be over stressing these areas and a doctor can give you a better regimen to hang on to healthy.
