Very dehydated..water inoperative...would salty broth back my aches and pains? Feel awful achy adjectives over! Help?

Suck ice chips or devour lots of popsicles to help beside dehydration, also drink drink drink. Aches and pains can be treated with tylenol or something similar to that. If you don't get better soon, aim medical help.

Get some power aid or gator aid. You can also ask your local pharmacist for a special electrolyte drink that will help you replenish your system faster.Don't bear a salt broth. If you put too much sodium contained by your body you will dehydrate more. You need some sodium but also potassium which is the object for the above suggestions.
Gatorade is best. Also replaces electrolytes.
Salt anything, NO.
No liquor, beer, coffee or tea.
If you are extremely feeling thirst, you may need IV.
Drink something with electrolytes close to gatorade or powerade... if you don't have that after keep drinking sea, but add a big pinch (and I suggest just a big pinch) of brackish to a glass of hose down. Also, cold water can raison d`¨ētre you to feel crampy or green about the gills if you are pretty dehydrated. Drink room temp marine. The salty broth is a appropriate idea, but too much brackish can upset your stomach easier than normal right very soon, so just for a moment bit with intervals in between to be paid sure it stays down...
Also, your blood sugar could be a bit low. Have a piece of fruit or a couple cookies and see if that helps too...
Stay away from anything carbonated, or near caffeine or alcohol as all of these piece draw out more water than they affix in the long run...
Stay low and out of the sun for a few hours... you are more adjectives to heat problems for a while.

hate to make clear to you but you need to drink river. That is the answer to your aches and pains. gatorade is obedient but water is even better. Have fruits and devour healthy food. Depending on your freight size you need to replenish your body next to water. The formula for dampen intake is usually this:Bodyweight divided by 2=number of oz your body needs contained by a day. For example I am 200 pounds so my river intake would be 100 oz. So i usually drink 1 gallon of water a year. 4 liters of water is of late a lil bit over a gallon is what I calculate as capably. The way to share is by your urine. The clearer the better. Stop drinking water 2 hours until that time you go to bed as very well. The more you piss the better. But watch your marine intake. When was the ultimate time you peed. You are hurting not because you are dehydrated (although you may terrifically well be). But because you own lost all your electrolyes. And yes powerade and sports drinks can aid. Achy muscles are normal associated near the loss of potassium. Orange juice is a appropriate source as well as pepper. Bell pepper, banana peppers are fine. Bananas do own some potassium, but it is a myth that they are the best thing to put away.The best thing though would be to get hold of some Pedialyte, although it is made for infants it work great on adults too. In fact it be made for dehydrated patients. They hold Popsicles and other fun stuff. Don't drink just river though you could make to situation worse. Fruit juice sports drinks Pedialyte whatever. Drink steady don't overload your stomach to efficient, you might throw up. Do this until you start peeing clear.

Usually when I can't smother my thirst, I put some drops of lemon or lime in my dampen. That helps me. You can wish yourself about the number of drops, so that you discern a little sourness when drinking.If this does not serve, you have to device your Blood sugar.
