Drugs disposed of contained by toilets. Do they get into our drinking marine?
Greetings, I would start by walking on soft carpets within the house but make sure you stretch your foot and toes before you do or you might turn up with cramps and spasms. Probably a biddable stretch for you would be sitting on a chair and pointing your foot out straight toes out straight like you would see on a jazz dancer but you'd be sitting and your legs straight not touching the floor. Doing tip toes would help too approaching standing for 5 seconds afterwards down up and doing maybe 10 reps. Make sure you hold a good comfy sneaker to saunter in, next after you can do it comfortably inside, start outside, just don't overdo it and pace 10 miles or something.
