I'd have a couple of question for you, like, did you giddy or feel lacklustre when you gave blood or afterward? Did you verbs? Were you woozy or walking strangely afterward? If not then that one time is ok for you. The nurses will detail you to drink juice or pepsi or own some candy if you feel giddy. I'd also suggest that you take a vitamin/mineral pill close to one-a-day or centrum to rebuild, and munch through like everyday (a decent buffet, but don't go overboard). I never hear about giving blood lowering an immune system or near being vigour "risks".The nurses say not to lift up your arms, carry hard to digest weight (like doing the laundry), or too much pursuit "right after" giving blood (or you will faint), but since you've gone thru giving blood fine and it's four days later, you nouns fine to me.
