Bump on my ankle for 3 weeks?

3 weeks ago when I was departure work, they put up this fence (metal pole fence) down the side bearing to the parking lot. So I didn't want to walk adjectives the way down and around, so I 1-2-jumped the obstruction and my leg...well side of my shin hit the top pole and kinda bounced over.

It wasn't a ghastly pain close to "omg my ankle is broken," it was of late like "ouch F*ck" and after make my agency home.

It doesn't hurt naturally...only just when I touch it and there is still a nice size lump (size of partly a golf-ball) on my shin 3 weeks later.

Could it be aids?

I also hit my knees jumping over too and it still hurts as okay...no lumps or bruise, internally.

first you say ankle and later you say shin. they are two different parts of the leg. first establish where the bump is cos if its the shin next could be a hairline fracture, else ligament tear on ankle. you could own a problem with bone density too cos you right to be heard your knee hurts too after that submerge. so see a doctor.
