Why is my chest popping? (sternum area)?
Answers:
Sometimes get a irregular stinging in my ears?!?!?!?
There are many different things this may be... the reality that you had trauma to your chest and put money on opens up a few possibilities. Your sternum (chest plate) is where on earth your ribs attach via cartilage, which may have be injured in your accident. The certainty that your ribs also attach to your spine, and you stated you had "twisted vertebrae", could aim there are nonstandard forces being generate with movement of your rib round up. It would be beneficial to have your rear checked out by a therapist, and within the mean time, compensate attention to your posture. Keep your shoulders down and back, and avoid slouching. Best of luck!
