I had coup¨¦ accidents within the 90s, one in which I grab my head/neck & said My Neck My Neck! & may have passed out for some second. Not much later, I begin to vomit & couldn't stop. The med. staff said that at 1st I had trouble answering their question, & they had me surrounded by observation overnight.
I leisurely went hindmost to exercising & school after respectively accident. But undercooked headaches become more frequent. After going to college I stopped exercising other than walking to class beside a heavy backpack. My lower, upper back, d¨¦colletage & hips hurt really badly in months of not exercising as much. I went on to hold jobs & stopped working. I enjoy multiple diagnoses for different things. My shoulder blade area hurts purely before it rain & I sprain my lower back sometimes. I've be to see different kinds of doctors, therapist, chiropractors. Different people articulate different things. I have other pains sometimes too in my knees & bottoms of my foot. I still get the headache that make me sick & writhe.

Take a hot bath next to 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts. Soak for 30 minutes. The Epsom salt will help stamp out the lactic acid that forms on the muscles from over exertion.
