Help me sleep better?
i dont even sleep contained by the same room as my partner as he snore and i cant sleep!i used to sleep thru anything, presently i struggle unless its dead silent, and i wake up up thru the night! i dont want to bcome addicted to sleeping tablets!

i agree with taking time to relax in bed to settle yourself. also try lavender scent on your pillow or essential your bed it will relax you and put you to sleep. i have sleep apnea so i know how difficult getting sleep can be or proper sleep. i sometimes rouse up enough that im aware of it.
is in attendance anything else going on you may have thought cant be connected approaching a restless feeling within leg? it can keep you up. if the problem continues ask your doctor in the order of going to a sleep disorder clinic and getting a sleep study. good luck hope you can integer it out and soon be having nil but sweet dreams at night.

Hi,Contrary to one of the other answers I cannot sleep if I go to bed hungry, so I other have a small snack up to that time bed just to hold the edge rotten. ( avoid cheese though)
