Elbow Bubble? Blood, dampen?

I was playing hockey today and after the activity when I was getting undressed I looked down at my elbow and theres a massive "bubble" on it. It doesn't hurt on the other hand I have no model what it is or how to help it. I'm not sure exactly how I injured it because I block spasm out pretty well but I assume it be on some boards check. I'm going to put ice on it but I be wondering if anyone could help make clear to me any additional information around it.

I believe it could be olecranon bursitis specifically a bubble of fluid over your boney bit of elbow..
The bag is other there protecting the bone but if you rumble it as you most likely did during you hobby it reacts to protect by padding up with more fluid.Leave alone hopefully it will unhurriedly go down.Occasionally they can become infected -hot,red,throbbing -if it does see your doctor

Anxiety? or something else?

Sounds resembling a blood blister. It just process you were hit within a way that ruptured a small blood vessel underneath the skin. They are most often cause by a severe pinch rather than a blow. Using rime packs will relief but wrap the ice surrounded by a towel so it isn't in direct contact near your skin as it can damage the skin. Use the rime pack for 10-20 minutes at a time. Generally, the blood will be reabsorbed into your body as it heals. If it breaks widen be sure and keep it verbs to prevent infection or check with your doctor.
