Is it harmful to breath next to your mouth when you sleep?

When i sleep i breath with my mouth not my trunk. Its because when i waz young i have bad allergies. Now i help yourself to alergie pills. What are the risks of breathing with you mouth when you sleep. Its unproblematic to breath with my antenna but im just impossible to it . Risks?

im not aware of any adverse effects on your health when you breathe through your nose..but I do know it could result in some discoloration to your teeth.

If you're not used to breathing through your feeler...you should try getting those breathe right strips at night...they help me a lot.

There's no reason that breathing through your mouth while sleeping should be insecure unless your close to something that may block that air opening.

there is less protective nouns filtering when you breathe through your mouth..you could inhale dust..saliva...a bug..
