got my tonsils out on thursday what days should i expect to be the worst?

The spasm is meant to be the worst 3-4 days after surgery.. For me I be sore 5 days after but I never experienced pain worse than what I have experienced during bouts of tonsilitis.. I was expecting to be in agony but it be a breeze..

The key is to drink lots of dampen to keep your throat nice and moist and set your alarm so that you will get up during the night to lift your pain meds so you dont wake up up extra sore..
Dont wait till you are contained by agony to take your niggle meds. Take them as they are prescribed and this will greatly cut down the pain you may experience..

The most aching part for me be immediatly following my surgery when I spent an hour in recovery..

The day the scabs tip out off the incisions. Keep your throat moist -- drink lots of fluids -- and don't consent to yourself get parched.

I let myself gain dehydrated -- when the scabs broke uncap there be alot of bleeding and I ended up fund in the hospital to hold them cauterized.
