Lump on vertebrae?

today i had a sore spinal column on my right hand side. it feel like someone be sticking pins in me. i was rubbing my own final when i noticed a lump... its around 4cms by 3cms and very moveable. it also seem quiet soft.

ive never hear much about lumps on your rear legs so its prob nothing, but thought i might touch on your wisdom to fixed what to do. its sunday so only an emergancy doctor is avaliable and i dont want to lavish their time.

i havent been injured, hurt or done any exercise that might explain this.

It sounds to me like a lipoma, or small fatty sack lower than your skin. I have a couple and they are really common. They are usually adjectives (did your parents have any?) i saw my gp and be sent on to general surgeon for biopsy. he said not necessry he would jhust remove it. mine have a relatioship with a plunge off the roof five yeas more rapidly. slowing enpanded. he said most unlikely milignant and plan to remove at a later date. soft and movable indicates non milig. so long as it doesnt hurt and is soft. docs are really eageer to cut so i hesitate. and am changing docors. this is a corrupt little group of informal colleagues i expect. louses.
