Yeah maybe better contained by 2 weeks for getting back to common, but not strong enough for sports! The ligaments enjoy very little blood supply so beneficial is slower and it takes ages to build up strength again. If you are serious roughly your sport get along to a sport injury physiotherapist for treatment. Ultrasound and tens is adjectives as it increases blood supply to the area. The physio should also be capable of recommend some specific exercises to help build up the strength briskly.

Ligaments bring a LOOOONG time to heal. The one and only thing that help is rest. The next best entry is as much rest as you can give them, anti-inflammatory meds, elevation and temperature with mediocre and gentle stretching prior to physical pursuit.rest, rest, rest
i fell down the stairs ard torn the ligaments in my anklle in the order of 2 years ago, however after about 2 months they contracted i had certainly broke my ankle so i had to hold physio which involved pulse treatment-like a tens machine surrounded by my ankle, i also had physio on my hips as yr ciatic impertinence runs from yr hips to yr foot and i found this helped a large amount for me. i was given exercises to do at home (complicatated to write down now) but i hold never suffered any pain since
I broke my heel bone in a vehicle crash a looong time ago and I
started having trouble beside my ankle, when your walking does it tend to give route? and the pain increase,
my guidance, wear shoes/boots and trainers that come over the ankle and preferably tie.(baseball boots are coming into fashion) ask your dad/granddad if they have any prehistoric football boots, at least they protected the ankles
