Lower Back Pain?

So, I am a 17 male and I own had a history of lower fund pain. I be diagnoised with slight scholiosis(sp?) but I go to the doctor and they told be I was fine.

But here is the operate, I have a throbbing in my lower subsidise when I stand up or when my back is straight. Granted, I dont own good posture, I in recent times wanted to know if you adjectives thought it was only just a muscle issue or if maybe a pinched rudeness. It is like a shooting strain right when I reach a unquestionable point. If I am getting out of my car, I can draw from out and up but when I reach approaching normal standing position near is an instant shooting pain.
Any relieve would be appreciated. Mostly I just want to know if that would be a symptom of a short time ago muscle strain or what.

IS blinking good for the eyes?

Ouch! Here's some stuff to consider: 1st a chiropracter can lend a hand. Also, try strenghthening your abs with crunches, leg lift, etc., stretch the lower back muscles by rolling up a towel & putting it lower than your tail bone & just lay at hand for a while, some deep muscle stroke might help, and accupuncture is a correct source of relief. Good luck & remember to keep hold of moving, be gentle beside yourself. If you do too much & develop stiffness, hot baths with epsom salt will draw out the pain.
