Can you aid?

I have a anguish in my right armpit. I have it last week, took no spy because I thought it's related to my cold - glands. Now my cold is gone and it came support again. People have told me it's related to the pill, that I am taking but it doesn't read out anything about it within the Instructions of the pill. Should I worry? Please back me!

Feel along lower than your arm and see if there is a swollen mass where on earth the pain is. If so, after you may still have an infection. If it doesn't turn away within a few days, I'd reccomend going to the doctor and have it checked out. Might help to maintain a journal of symptoms related to the niggle to help next to diagnosis.

I fell 4 weeks ago and put a 1 in by 3 within opening and it is not salutary could I have done something more ?
