Foot Problem?
I outstandingly doubt that it's my pointe (ballet) shoes so I suspect I kicked it against something without realize it.
It doesn't hurt, but it is only in the middle on now and I see it lifting a bit. I don't know if I should verbs it off, bestow it and just cut it stale when enough grows posterior, or just wrap it.
I don't want it to intefere near my dancing but if there's no choice after I guess I'll have to gain over it. Any adivce?
Thanks

I am a former dance instructor. This used to ensue to me from my point shoes without an injury. Keep your toe nail cut down low, within pretext. Also do not let your shoes attain to the mushy stage to where you are dance on a soft square against the floor. Leave the nail alone. You can wrap that toe in the past putting on your shoes.
Is there any mode I can help my ears treat?
I had this same problem. The staple doesn't grow on that toe anymore, and I honestly have no belief why. But it doesn't hurt, and everything is O.K.
Although, not having a pin might be worse for a woman than for me, so, you could ask a dermatologist.
I was a dancer..jazz hit ballet modern tango pointe salsa lyrical hip hop and advance comptemery tango i think that you toe be spitting becuase you have leap for awhile and when so much oressure builds up i force to breeak it happened abundant time to me i ended up ripping them stale and then putting guase around it...and after the pain go away after a day or two
Only take it past its sell-by date if its practically off and merely sliding around. Try to wrap it with gauze or something to protect the skin as more pin grows. I've heard nearly this happening to jazz people profusely, just something you enjoy to deal near I guess. Hope you feel better.
