had problems with them for over 3 years and own had them both operate on and am still having problems. Isn't in attendance a medical board I can go to? It is my condition and I should have a right to emergency these tests.
Answer:
If the doctor is a contributor of a physician team speak at a hospital or clinic, you can bring it up to that board. You can also report to the A.M.A (American medical association). Most places will have a mission statement that will include you enjoy the right to seek any medical meticulousness to alleviate your problems. In the meantime please find a new Dr. asap.
You can see a different Doctor!
You can see another physician.
The truth of the matter is that a forgiving can not "demand" a test. It is the responsibility of a physician to lay down "appropriate" tests when symptoms warrant. MRI's are not necessarily the best theory test for many conditions. Physicians are regularly reviewed to net sure they do not order unnecessary test. Insurance companies are constantly doing this.
My advice is to see another physician for the purpose of a second and independent opinion. Sometimes it is best for both to hold a fresh face. Don't stroll in "demanding!" positive tests. Be widen and honest as the new physician reviews your files. Be sure to get or enjoy a copy of your medical records sent to the foreign physician, ideally well past your appointment.
