I have this extraordinarily large defacement on my heel that has be there since I be a small child (I'm now 36). Until a few months ago, it never bothered me. It's liberal of ugly, but it never if truth be told hurt. The scar tissue probably go all the route to my heel bone. The doctor dug all the opening to the bone to remove glass. Now it hurts to stroll. It has uncomfortable, tingling, nerve headache at times as well.

Does anyone know what might be done for this? I try to net sure I wear good shoes to stamp out as much stress on my heel as possible.
