Has anyone heard of narcotic niggle medications in reality aggravating the pain?

There is no prescription for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost adjectives painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive turn, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
